The cakes are good but I do have to agree that the service is very very poor. I recently ordered a cake and was quoted several different prices. I spoke with the owner and she put me on hold and basically told another employee that I was being cheap. I think they clearly take advantage of their customers when it comes to cost. The level of customer service is extremely poor.

Take it from a confirmed sweet-aholic---Jane has the most
fabulous desserts in L.A. Distinctive, beautifully decorated,
and to-die-for! Everything is made from scratch using the
finest ingredients. It is consistently 100 percent excellent.
My favorites are the Lemon Meringue----which stands alone
in any of the lemon desserts I have tried ...
