    Crazy location, but:
    The food is just fantastic. The room is austere, but beautiful - very nice atmosphere (especially after the loading dock entrance). Attentive and pleasant staff
    R-23 is pricey, but well worth it for some of the best sushi in CA
    Go.

  • My favorite lunch spot!

    Their fish is fantastic. The presentation is wonderful. Their staff is very friendly and they always have fun artwork. People I have taken are always pleasantly surprised by the cool atmosphere.

    l.a.'s best secret. first brought here by a good friend of mine who figured i would enjoy the food and ambience. it's like eating in a gallery- dim lights, excellent service, groovy melodies. perfect location for a date, a meeting, or hanging out with friends. i would definitely go back there!
