The food was over cooked, dried out and tasteless. We tried orders of the rabbit, chicken and ribs. The mashed potatoes were a fat and carb overload and tasted like pure butter. The rabbit could have been chicken as it was so crispy and overcooked. The ribs had only a few edible pieces. The bread was ok but the roasted garlic appetizer was oily and old tasting. Overpriced food for what you get but definitely leaves a garlic taste in your mouth.

Looking for good customer service? Don't come here!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/21/07
We were visiting and wanted to try something different. The food was okay but pricey for what you get. No salad or vegetables are included with the meal but when good customer service is provided the cost can be worth it. But that aside the waiter was not very nice. I requested an iced tea and received a flavored tea which I cannot drink. WhenI ...

Prime rib is awesome
By ocean0218, 11/08/06
Order the biggest prime rib you can and share it with your loved one. It is cheaper that way too. Chicken is overpriced. Warning: garlic smell will stick with you for 3 days. You must love garlic to go here because its slogan is "We flavor garlic with foods" so if you don't like garlic, try a regular restaurant!

Excellent Food...but...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/10/06
very expensive for what you get...come on a small half chicken and mash potatoes for $17.95...not even a vegetable, or dinner salad.
Service was great, food was tasty, but the value "stunk"

The decor is tremendous,...food great
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/06
The Stinking Rose in Beverly Hills is just as much fun and enjoyable as The Stinking Rose in San Francisco. The food is great and the decor is fun. We recommend it easily as worth the time and money. We are constantly surprised at what can be done with garlic. Garlic ice cream here is a joy as is all the food. It is a happy place and we ...

Great meal poor service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/09/06
Our meal was fine, the servers and buss person was friendly and hard working but the waiter just did NOT care! The management should realize when you have a policy of automatically adding 18% tip for a party of 5 or more why should there staff go out of there way to be a little friendly. Customer staff gets a big zero, Kitchen and service staff 9 plus .

The name says it all...even their ice-cream stinks.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/11/06
The decor and lighting is much similar to Disneyland haunted house. They certainly have a theme going and that's garlic on everything. If you want to be daring then try this place out and go all out by ordering their garlic ice-cream. The food was below average although I did enjoy the sizzling mussels. Other than that, it was pretty creepy dining experience. You never know what you are really eating it's so dark!
