According to the latest publication from Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT), Bowers Jewlers are not capable of paying their bills. The store - owned and operated by Sheila and Larry - received a FIN4-rating (ID 00158964), which means that their financial record hasn't been made available and they do not pay on time (or at all).

The salespeople are warm, knowledgeable and never pushy. We go to Bowers for all kinds of jewelry assistance. We first visited, thanks to a referral, to choose an engagement ring. We were impressed and have since been back for wedding bands, watch batteries, colleagues' gifts, to re-string pearls, and for information on estate pieces.

Spent some time looking at all their fine gifts. We were not put upon by "over-the-shoulder" salespeople. Ended up purchasing a fine Bowers-labeled watch. Salespeople knowledgeable & friendly.
