What a beautiful park. It is large and right on the river. A great place to camp. It is close to Pinnacle Mountain too which is also nice. It has been a favorite for me and I have lots of great memories there.

i was in the camp while my wife was in the hp. the gate attendants were so nice to me and my wife when they would let her out for a day or two. they only worked the winter, i have forgot there names, but they are sent from god. i only wish i knew some way to do something to help them. we are away now, but i still think of the things they did to help us. it was like they were part of our family. im sure god has something specal for them two.

Security, cleanliness, friendliness, close to Pinnacle Mountain. Great places to walk. Has regular restrooms and showers. Has water and electric hook up at each site for tents.

Will go there more often.

great place to take the kids for a fun weekend without having to plan a whole lot. There is fishing on the river and a nice paved area for the kids to ride bicycles.
