1) Completely disorganized. Changed the pickup location on us - we got to a closed dingy office with no one there at 8:30 am. Another couple had been waiting since 7 am!! Finally someone showed up, to let us in. Had to use a disgusting filthy bathroom, horrendous facilities if you can call it that.
