The sashimi is awesome!! Great rolls.. We return every year and this is our place to go everytime we are in Sedona. Good Sake, edamame and sashimi are a wonderful combination!

Their sushi, first of all, is 8 pcs/roll instead of the usual 6. And they're big pieces, too, not like 8 smaller pieces that could really be 6 normal-sized pieces -- I would say they're 8 BIG pices. Also, their sashimi is 5 pcs/order. They may or may not do this to mess with you when you look at the pricing, because it does look expensive. ...

The restaurant is beautifully decorated with pottery and figurines from Japan. People raved about it, so we had fairly high expectations. The tempura was excellent, chicken teriyaki was average (drowning in teriyaki sauce), and sushi was disappointing - soft shell crab roll was crispy, but the rice had no flavor, the spicy tuna was tasteless and lacked the spicy kick, but the hamachi sashimi was good. We wish we could have rated higher...
