I think what we liked most was eating out on the patio and the gorgeous view. Honestly, they could've fed us gruel and we would've loved it, lol! But the food was good and it was very family friendly without being a 'kid' place if you know what I mean. We were there in 2000. Hope it hasn't changed since then as it was PERFECT :)

Upon moving to Sedona two years ago we started to give all of the restuarants a try to see where we would like to frequent most often. The Hideaway is certainly NOT one of them. The outside dining is nice however. The food is okay and it's pricey considering it's not great tasting.

I had a two week craving for some traditional meatballs and spaghetti and this was perfect!! We sat on the patio overlooking the gorgeous oak creek canyon and saw the sunset over the red rocks. I swear every single employee came to our table that night. I am heading back to Sedona tomorrow to bring some new comers there whom i am sure will enjoy it just as much as i did. Thank you.

I loved that I could walk in a feel right at home. The locals are always around smiling and filling you in about great places to see. I just got back from there and would love to go back. The owner is a great person he has owned the establishment for 25 years and started out a dish-boy he liked it so much he ended up purchasing it and now his son is the manager there. What great people and restaurant.

Good food, nice atmosphere on outside deck, reasonable prices, cheerful servers. We try to stop by every time we go to Sedona. Will be going up this weekend for a wedding and have recommended it to a group of co-workers.
