Spend your money wisely and go to the zoo. The tiger splash was cool but got long after a while. Even small children were asking to go home. This is DEFINATELY Not worth the trip or the time. Sorry owners!

  • We should have done it sooner.
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/19/08
"Up close" is putting it mildly. My grandsons and their friends were blown away by the experience. I saw some of the best looking animals I've ever seen, "Lazarus" the lion, "Taj" the white sibirian tiger and Boom Boom the 37year old white rhino and many other very well kept and well fed animals. We planned this ...

  • BATHROOMS ARE A PROBLEM!
By living a good life, 07/10/08
NEVER have I been to a company that's been in business for 30 years and has port-a-potty's permanently in place. These are the plastic buildings you normally see at outdoor concerts, festivals, etc. This company has NO running water for the public - not even to wash your hands after using the jon. Know too, that it was over 100 degrees when ...

  • best zoo we"ve been to
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/30/07
All the animals came close to us & interacted with the guides. Most animals in zoos stay aloof & some u cant see at all. They were eager to greet us.

Seeing a tiger in a big tub of water with a lioness lying next to it & watching the tiger wash the lions face was priceless.

Worth the price of admission. After all, they do have ...

  • In Africa!
    By W, 02/25/06
We went to Africa! Well, the closest thing to it. Me and the chica went to this place known as Out of Afica, where you ride in Mogs (safari trucks), and have a mini serengeti safari.

It was nice being able to pet the Giraffes and see the Tigers, Lions and other wildlife up close.

I felt great about the whole experiance.

  • Out of Africa MOVED!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/18/05
Out of Africa has moved to Camp Verde (about one-and-a-half hours North of Phoenix). Its still a great place, but nowhere near Scottsdale! Head North on I-17.
