We recently visited Goldfield Ghost Town. It was really fun. It is full of interesting history and very authentic looking. There was so much to do...ride a narrow gage train, go in to a mine, see the many Arizona reptiles in the museum, pan for gold, shopping and food. There were even street performers playing the fiddle. All in all a great day. ...

It was family fun. We liked the train ride, the saloon, and the (caged)snakes and spiders. It was at least 115 degrees, a little too hot for us.

The town has a realistic feel to it, the mine tour was awesome, the food and Ice cream was great the girl working in the ice cream was making the cones as quick as they were selling them (delicious by the way!) I loved bringing my family here! Prices were not expensive at all!

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/07/07
I have already been there a couple of times when I use to live in Apache Junction around 6 years ago, And had a very good time on both of my short one day visits there. I would recamend a vist there for a good time and to see what it could of been like to live in the old west.Even though I knew that times have changed so much since the old ...
Loved Goldfield, the people, the ambiance, the PRICES! We also went to the OK Corral stables for a tour on horseback. (right next to Goldfield) These folks know how to treat people, awesome job by all the guides. And you cannot beat the prices! We'll be repeat customers! To the Ladies & Gentlemen at Goldfield, Thank You for a wonderfull experience!
We will always remember our trip to the Goldfield Ghost town, it is a place the whole family will enjoy. There are lots of things to see, and do. The gun show was awesome, I would reccomend taking the time to watch it. The Saloon Restaurant had very good food, you would walk out very satified.

So much to do! We'll be back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/04/05
Great time! Many attractions! More than a day's worth of sights and perfect sunsets on The Mammoth's east porch with perfect views of the Superstition Mountains! Don't drive home and get blinded by the sunset, stay and watch it on the mountain 2 miles away! Easy on the pocketbook and great for families!
