I have been visiting Suddenly Slimmer since my office was just round the corner. We have since moved further away but I - and several colleagues - still head back to the Suddenly Slimmer every time is Great waxing, really good value and Claudine encyclopedic knowledge of beauty products and caring about my concerns is like a drinking establishments for all reasons to visit. Would recommend to anybody!

I returned an item and never received my refund. I emailed, called and sent requests in the mail and never received a resolution. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and Suddenly Slimmer did not respond. I am out $36. Do not order products online from this company.

I ordered something online and it never came. My credit card was charged for the item too. I emailed 2 times and never received a response. I called and they took my phone number to call me back and I never heard from them. I called again the next day and they took my phone number again. I am still waiting for a resolution.

My first experincie with waxing was a good surprise. after seen movies and tv shows about how scare it could be my first timer came out to be great.
She used a numb cream that prevent any discomfort and the whole deal was painless.

I have only used this spa for waxing. I have been scheduled with the wrong person on more than one occasion. The front desk staff seems disinterested and confused .
