    This place has been turned into a major dissapointment from what it was in its glory days.
    The trees have been torn out; the plant material is gone& with it most of the former beauty.
    At my last vist half of the "public"? park was taken over by a Hispanic birthday party. The droves of people were loud, drunk & littered the ...

    Very enjoyable for the whole family...and it's free. The kid's loved the fishing!!! Wife loved the calm atmosphere. Open late a night too so the normal Phoenix summer heat wasn't an issue.
