There is no mystery to this place. Its an old house. It was too hot to enjoy and if you are looking for a mystery its not here.

I marveled at the mysterious idea that one man had such imagination,and skill.He was ill with TB,but roamed the desert picking up commonplace and unusual items,so he could build a house for his daughter.I think it is a trip well worth taking;however,if you don't have an open mind to magical things ,then you should not go there and likely spoil it for others.

This house sorry castle is gorgeous the tour is very good the people are friendly the price of the tour well if it was any cheaper it would be free !!!

We visited the Mystery Castle and felt really creepy in the downstairs tavern. The tour guide didn't know of any ghosts, but I was glad to get back to the sunshine!

A great place to visit, amazing story of how the house was built. One word of caution: there are lots of up and down stairs and uneven passages between rooms so if you're handicapped, be aware.

A true inspiration to visitors and a great way to demonstrate the potential of recycling and saving the planet!

We take out of state visitors to the castle all the time. Everyone is always amazed. It is a great place to see and we never tire of our repeated visits. There is always something new that we discover.
