Highly recommend a tour to give an overview and highlights of the musuem's collections. All guides are knowlegeable. The young Native American guides gave us an additional personal insight into the significance of the items and their continued use in everyday life. It was a distinct pleasure to have customs and exhibit objects described in the Navaho language along with an English translation.

We actually learned alot from our little visit. It was pouring rain, but it didnt matter.Very enjoyable and kid friendly,I would say from 3yrs up.There is stuff for kids to do and crafts. It was nice to read all the backgrounds of each tribe. We had fun! They also had lots of gifts to buy handmade by the indians
One of the best for the family. Lots to do and see for the young and the young at heart. The staff were very informative and the gift shop has some of the best Indian artist in the U.S.
