Save you moneyThere's some decent terrain at Snowbowl. It's a fun place to ski when they have snow. 07-08 has been a good year.

Atmosphere, snow and longer lines than DisneyworldI've been twice now. Today I was teaching my son to Snowboard. Snowbowl has an ideal layout and atmosphere for teaching, given its ample lot of green runs and laid-back flagstaff personnel; however, both times I've gone the main lift has been closed "due to high winds". A great way to spend a day in AZSnowbowl is a great place to spend a day and perfect for a beginning skiier or snowboarder. It is not anything comparable to slopes in Colorado, but as far as AZ goes, you can't beat Snowbowl! The atmosphere is great there. There is a really nice lodge with a fireplace that you can sit in to warm up after a day on the slopes. The food is decent ...2 of 2 Yahoo!
