Used to be great when it was small. now its just cooked meat no smoke, only flavor is in the sauce Red water and vinegar. Pulled Pork is tastless. Ribs are steamed.

Honey Bears is one of my favorite spots for pulled pork, chicken, or beef. They have just the right amount of spice in their sauce to give you some zip. Great value, great party packs, just a great place. There are alos other locations in the Phoenix Area.

Honey Bear's is my favorite BBQ in Phoenix. Fri, Sat and Sun they have baby back ribs that are so tender they fall right off the bone. The sauce is vinegar based and fantastic. The sandwiches are amazing and don't forget to try some of their coleslaw - its the only coleslaw I'll eat!

I have lived and worked near each location (Central, Van Buren and Tempe) and have dined often in each one. Can't get enough!

I like the original one on Van Buren as it is all you come to expect in a BBQ place. Nothing fancy, very simple, smells great and the food is wonderful. Every time I return to Phoenix Honey Bear's is a MUST VISIT!!
