It was a little crowded, but once you overcame that, it was a great experience. There was so much to look at. We are traveling and have to fly back home, so there were a lot of items we wanted we were afraid to buy and try and pack in our suits cases. We could have spent the entire day there. The staff was polite and friendly.

I too could have stayed all day in the store, The view from the top was unbelieveable. It was a great beginning to my tour of the grand canyon. The shop I still think about items I wished I had gotten, and now I am going to call and find out if they could ship things to me. Love it. Thanks.
