Our waitress was so rude to us on our last visit. Loud obnoxious and unprofessional. We have seen her be rude to other customers before. Also looked like she just rolled out of bed to come to work. We asked to speak with a manger and Suzi (?) came over. But she had no idea how to handle the situation. We were leaving through the bar and noticed ...

Service was great! But the food was NOTHING to brag about. They don't have much of a menu. While we were there there was a big family sitting across the room from us and they were letting there kids run through the restaurant screaming at the top of there lungs, this was not the Bartender & Waitress's fault but I was very disapointed ...

I've been there a number of times in the past decade and will be back in Flag next week and will make a point of stopping in. Good menu, excellent beer, laid back atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent patio make a visit here completely worthwhile.

What a fun place to visit. We were able to sit outside on the spacious patio and enjoy beer from a small, but quality, list. The locally made beer rivals some of my favorite beers. The eclectic burger choices made it hard to decide what to have, but we were not disappointed with lunch. Highly recommended when passing through Flagstaff.
