The service was slow but the atmosphere was nice. Ordered the chicken nachos and was not expecting the size I received. My kids had the chicken strips and they were seasoned very well and they enjoyed. My brother- NAU student who eats fast food all the time decided to order a filet mignon and it was good for him. My mom had the seafood sampler - a must try, and she was very impressed.

This restaurant was okay food, service, and food,but we were in a boxy enviornment, it smelled poorlyand was hprribly overpriced. Definitely set up for desperate tourist

Thsi was a highly expensive but nice place. The service and food were typical of a place of this style, but the atmophere was loud and industrial

There were not many people there, but we ended up waiting a full hour for our food. The food was viable but the service horrible.

This place should be a fast food chain--it lacks warmth, food is slapped down in a hurry, the waitstaff is dedicated to getting you to order appetizers and deserts to run up a larger tab ("do you want fries with that"), and once they give up on that task they disappear--try to get your check. My LAST choice for a place to dine (or even eat) in Flagstaff. Try anyplace else.

Likes: Very efficient service. Decent food, large helpings. Good veggies but only lukewarm. OK wine selection...typcial wine prices. If you need a quick, decent meal, Buster's is fine, but nothing special.

Dislikes: Seafood chowder was really potato chowder. Service VERY rushed. Halibut fresh but over baked. Baked potato not quite done. How do we do it...volumn.

The food is ...

Food excellent and plentiful. Service pleasant and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend it. We went back a second night for dinner....great value for money.

We recently revisited Busters and I ordered shrimp and scallops marinara. The pasta was overcooked almost to the point of being mushy. The sauce was tasty, but heaped over the pasta, shrimp and scallops.

The service, however, was excellent as usual.
