    Good outdoor trails in summer and winter. Nice indoor facility and good community use. Easy trails for kids in all seasons, can be a little muddy at times.

    The main thing about Kincaid are the views. The inlet, the wildlife, and the forest. Aside from that the abundance of trails for biking, hiking, and walking. Soccer fields, 18 hold discgolf course, horse shoe pits, volleyball net, grills, nice clean chalet, and trails. trails, trails.
