Used to go here when I was pilot flying in from UK. Sadly our company stopped using Anchorage as a stopover about 20 years ago. I still remeber it as my favourite watering hole in town. I promise to visit next time I get to Anchorage. Can't wait!

I'm really not much of a bar person but I absolutely LOVE this place! They're very friendly and have a great sense of humor and some really fun old songs on the jukebox! This is the best bar in town. If you are looking for a fun, laid back atmosphere where the bartenders know how to pour a great drink that does not put a huge dent in your pocket, then, young or old, Darwin's Theory is the place for you!

wonderful place where the bartenders make drinking an experience that you want to do every day. nice photo albums of alaskan wild life and always new photos for your viewing pleasure

This bar has great music, popcorn and drinks. A stiff drink at that. It is a hole in the wall where the locals meet and the tourists get the Alaska flavor. All are welcomed at this place.

I used to go to Darwins Theory when I was stationed at Ft. Richardson. It has the most unique atmoshpere and free popcorn! Some of the most fun I had in AK. was at Darwins Theory in the summertime. It's good anytime though! I would love to go back.
