This was an incredible tour that I took with Vallarta Adventures...and the coolest part about the tour was that there are no vendors at all on this tour...not a single person will come up to you and ask if you want to buy anything.....the tour guides...who are extremely well versed in diving and such....take you into the coves of the island and ...

Water on the east side of the inner island is fairly clear but drops off to deep water very quickly and you are not allowed to touch or even near the small amount of coral. When someone on the boat throws bread into the water the fish will teem to it giving you a momentary treat.

We went snorkeling at the island and it was very beautiful! We saw lots of tropical fish and birds!

The tour we took was, ok. Just ok. Definitely make sure you get a boat with shade. We almost went with a more expensive trip only to later notice there wasn't any shade on that boat. The hour snorkeling was NOTHING compared to Hawaii or the South Pacific, but the water was clear and warm. Not too many fish and the only ones that were there were lured by bread crumbs.
