Best Dive Operation DowntownCaribbean Divers has a low overhead so that the focus is on diving, and more diving. It's located just one block from the waterfront, has a great hook-up with a nice-sized boat (not a speedboat and not a cattleboat), and provides the best divemaster, Ruben, I've ever had.OVERALL
