cashiers charge for things one does not purchase and to make it worse the packers take merchandise that one did want to buy!!! It is disgusting, shame on you

This place is great to buy groceries if you are a poor college student vacationing in Cozumel. If you have a fridge in your room, stock up on food here because food can tend to be very expensive on the island. Anything you forgot to bring you can usually find it here!

I lived and worked on the island,and liked Chedraui for clothes shopping. It is very clean compared to the other grocery store that I shopped at, but a little higher. Kinda like a mini Wal-Mart. I was able to get lunch there, there is a "deli style" area that serves hot prepared food. Really good. Don't buy bras there though! ...
