We stayed at the hyatt, dont take the cabs at the hotel, walk outside your hotel to take a cab and make a deal with the guy before he takes you. we ended up paying 50 american dollars for the hotel cab to take us there and wait for us. We later found out we could have paid half that had we taken it outside.
