It is one of my favorite areas of Montreal. Lots of hidden gems/shops in the streets. One which my wife and I discovered was called SUNSOURCE FOODS on Laurier street. It was the coolest and trendiest bulk food store we've seen with amazing freshly roasted nuts and coffee. We also loved the Bagel shop on Fairmont as well the Italian coffee houses a few streets up. Don't miss this area if you're in Montreal!
