VERY unfriendly administrative (managerial and unionised) staff in all faculties, colleges, departments, libraries, Hart House, etc. The university's self-inflated reputation ("The Harvard of the North") is belied by its typical Toronto mediocrity in all things.

Some charming old buildings, on one side of the campus, but the rest HORRIBLE, cold, bleak monstrosities (eg. Robarts Library) of the mid-20th c.
