Been Living in Toronto for most of my life and haven't been to Casa Loma. Location around the castle is nice. We took the stairs up which wasn't too bad. Entrance looked nice, and had a few people waiting to get in. Staff was friendly.
For a castle this place was kinda small to my expectation. The audio guided tour was included but I ...
Casa Loma is a must-visit for anyone who loves castles and/or history. The audio tours are a great asset, letting you tour whatever part of the castle you wish. The video at the beginning gave me some insight into Sir Pellatt, which helped me a lot. I would highly recommend going up into the towers; it is a neat view of downtown.

Casa Loma was really nice. Audiotour is free and very informative...not too long. It helps to understand the history, which makes the whole experience better. We watched the movie and took a much needed rest, it was interesting. be sure to climb the steps to the tower and travel the 800 foot tunnel. We thought the deli was fine, (about $5 for a ...

Thoroughly enjoyed learning and discovering the story behind Casa Loma. As I am a gardener and amateur photographer it was paradise for me. The gardens surrounding the castle were of course my favorite part. My husband and I climbed the stairs in the turret for a fantastic view of the city below. Have to admit that we were surprised at the ...

Liked everything about it except the food at the deli.Well mantained and very informative.I went in the middle of winter and when I went inside it was warm and comfortable. I would have liked to hear the organ play but do not know if they do that.I would love to come back when the gardens are open.

My parents took me to see Casa Loma in the late 70's. I was so excited to go back to Casa Loma now with a family of my own. My daughters loved Casa Loma. It was a different experience because of the audio guide and since then many movies have been filmed in Casa Loma. My daughters wanted to move in. Lots of secret passages, beautful views ...
It was a short hike from the subway stop, but the grounds and gardens are immaculate. Plenty of photo opportunities before you even enter Casa Loma.
We were offered the audio assistance/tour, but declined when we realized it would take an entire afternoon. Viewed the rooms on our own, took many photographs. The conservatory and library are the ...

it was amazing to see this giant castle in the middle of a major city. we took the audio tour which was really interesting. it was incredible to see all the rooms and secret passageways. going to the very top is a little hard if you are clastrophobic because the stairs are very winding narrow... however, it is worth the view.
