Transport yourself back in time to the late 1800's. This little museum preserves the feel of what it was like to be living in Scarborough back-in-the-olde-days. Despite being surrounded by modern residential subdivisions, this museum located in Thomson Park with its lovely gardens, feels like a world on its own.

It is a treat to step back into history when you visit his little museum complex. The friendly staff and volunteers do so much to interest and educate school children and other visitors to early life in Scarborough through seasonal programmes and daycamps. It is located in Thomson Park, so drop in for a tour.

I LOVED this museum...so quaint and beautiful! The staff are all wonderfully friendly and they offer a lot of useful information about the site's past. It was a great place to take our kids!
