My husband and I were greatly disappointed in the cuisine at the Baton Rouge restaurant. The wait staff was very oloof, yet attentive. We ordered a chicken sandwich and a hamburger. While these sandwiches were the least pricey of the meals on the menu, we did expect the food to be edible. The chicken was dry. The bun was stale. The fries were ...

Not what I expected
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/30/07
The service was average considering we had 4 different servers. Our waiter never introduced himself or announced the specials. My husband didn't care for his prime rib, it came with a side order of salad but no vegetables came with the prime rib and potatoes. I've been to lots of restaurants and that was a first. I also like it when ...

The Best Ribs Ever!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/26/07
You can't beat the fall off the bone ribs. I actually ate them with a knife and fork. Can't wait to go back. I gladly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Wow
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/27/07
Place was "wow" from beginnig to end. The best ribs in town. The service was timely and unobtrusive. Place looks great and the food was great.
After visiting City Grill, my wife and I were very disappointed with the food in Toronto and were beginning to dread being here for four more days. However, after a visit to Baton Rouge, our opinion of Toronto cuisine completely changed. A local told us how great the chicken tenders were and boy was she right! Great ambiance and food, with pretty decent service thrown in.

Baton rouge is good, but it depends
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/02/07
It depends on the location of baton rouge. Busy ones you will get bad quality food, slow ones you will recieve top of the line product. I recomend everyone to go to North York baton rouge location at 5000 yonge, it's medium-quiet there, food always stays on the top, and my expirience in there is much grater that in any other of them.

Good Filet and prime rib
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/15/07
We ordered the filet and prime rib and both were cooked the way we liked it. The manager even came to our table to make sure it was cooked the way we wanted. They recommend grilling the prime rib and getting a peppercorn sauce on the side, you should definitely go for this. The peppercorn sauce is soooo good. For our sides we had the mashed ...
We were at the Baton Rouge on Mavis Rd. in Mississauga on Friday, 11 May 2007 for 8:00 p.m. Dinner. In several words there was nothing I did not like about this restaurant. Their service was by far the best I had ever encountered in any restaurant. I asked the Manager about it and their company "Teamwork" policy was explained to us and ...
Having recently visited your resteraunt, I must make a comment. Before going to Canada I read other comments on your Resteraunt, I find it hard to believe that people can say anything bad about the place. The service was excellent, polite staff who knew everything about what was on the menu, they most certainly knew all about the wines available. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The seating was great and very private.

Terrible Caesar Salad
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/05/07
The caesar salad i ordered was very watery tasting with hardly any dressing and no cheese in sight at all, however, the dish was inundated wiht croutons (whcih are not very appetizing on their own) - very disappointing!
