I had the best time ever! It was my birthday gift from my boyfriend. I ended up having a couple of things happen during the time at the Gallows. I will go on the walk again.

The tour was great. Not only did we learn a lot about the history of Ottawa, but we also got ourselves a bit freaked out. While at the Bytown Museum, for instance, on the third floor, while our tour guide was telling us a story about one of the artifacts, the bottom portion of a Dutch door which we had just entered through slammed shut, apparently of its own volition! Very eerie!

I have been on many of the tours offered. All of them (Ghost tour, History tour and even the Pub Walk) were a lot of fun and I would heartily recommend them.

The ghost tours visit a real diverse set of locations and if you are with a group that is really "into it" the atmosphere can't be beat. Tour guides are terriffic story ...

the guides were very eager to tell their story they kept the entire tour interesting. deffinately worth it.
I think pretty much any age group would enjoy this tour. An hour of coolness for sure.
