We hiked the whole length of about 7 km. It was a beautiful trail (if not a little dangerous on one slope about halfway through). Not too difficult, mostly level terrain. Plenty of area for picnics at the various bridges as well. No charge to see.

A Walk In The Park
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/12/05
Nature at its best. A 3.7 km trail follows and crosses (5 times) this impressive slit canyon and is probably the most walked trail in the Jasper National Park, although most people only visit the top part of the trail from the visitor centre. It is a truely impressive sight watching the water tumble and bubble its way down the canyon.
