Well, if you want Chinese food in Hot Springs, where else are you gonna go? That's pretty much the attitude of the staff at China Buffet. While not overly friendly, the waitress did meet our needs. The buffet food was a little old; and, had it been hot, probably wouldn't have been too shabby. Only eat there if you MUST have Chinese food.
