I don't understand what it is about this imitation "Italian" restaurant that gets people all crazy. First off there is only 1 in all of Calgary, 1 in a city of over a million people in it! You have to wait like cattle to get in because they don't take reservations, and when you do get in it takes the waiters 10 minutes to get ...
We were a party of 2 and decided to stop for a late dinner. We ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list, but they had run out so made another selection. Every entree we seemed to order they came back and told us they were out of some ingredient. We were surprised, but we kept picking something else until they were able to make it. We did ...

A fantastic dining experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/15/08
The food was fabulous. Mark, our server, was full of positive energy, and very attention oriented. Was always aware of what may be needed, and got it done. We were 8 at the table, and everyone was loving their meal.

They have great lunches with all you can eat soup salad and bread sticks. I was disapointed with the tomato sauce on the spaghetti, but overall it was a food experience and not overly pricey

All guest waant to go to Olive Garden when they visit
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/15/07
I like all the food I've had. Service is great. I would like to see another Olive Garden in Calgary - on the south end of town. It is a very long drive to get there and the line ups are long

Love the bread sticks and salad
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/07/07
The meal starts off wonderfully with breadsticks, salad/soup. You can have as many re-fills as you want, so I'm usually full by the time my meal comes. The prices are good, and you get lots of food. The only think I don't really like is that a lot of their food doesn't have as much flavour as I would like. I would like more options ...

would never return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/14/07
The service is the worst and the staff including the management should go back and get some extra training. It is rare to get all the ingredients in the all you can eat salad. No wonder it's all you can eat.

Did not live up to expectations
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/30/07
We went fairly late , on what appeared to be a fairly busy Sunday evening. It took app. 30 minutes to get our final seating. Once there the service was very good and the food not too shabby, apart from the lack of tomatoes, eggplants, and desserts, and a set of poorly cleaned cutlery. Ginger Ales tasted of chemicals, presumably chlorine, and my ...
Because this is such a busy restaurant, I found the staff to be very hasty and I didnt find the restaurant to be any different from most other restaurants of its kind for the food quality. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy an evening out because first of all you may have to wait about 30-50minutes just for seating with no ability to place a reservation.

cant wait to go again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/11/07
sometimes the service isn't that great and you have to wait way to long just to get a seat. when it is really busy you cant even get someone to bring you a refill on your drinks or the bill when it is time to go. but as a person who enjoys the food a lot especially the all you can eat salad and bread sticks, I guess that is something that you ...
