This used to be a classic place to eat in calgary, but since the new owners took over they've done something to the food. Everything from the burgers to fries and shakes taste awful now. I'm never going back

Local Calgarian and we usually go to Peters once a month for the last 15 years. The burgers have definatly changed. What was a good burger has now been replaced by a spongey off colored soya patty that the sauce just seems to lay on, not soak into like the old days. Tasteless piece of cheese layed on top. The hamburgers are great and the portion of meat generous. We often make a special trip to that part of the city just to have one. Line-ups look long but the service is efficient. It wouldn't be a trip to Calgary without a stop at Peter's.

I have been to Peter's twice, and both times was nun to thrilled.
If you want a burger or hot dog maybe its good.
Some people can't eat pork or beef.

We ordered 2 cheese burgers and one small fry. Had it been a place to dine in, I would have alerted waitress to the cheese which was exposed on parts because it was dried out.
We asked for a vinegar to accompany my chips and found 7 vinegar, 12 Ketchup, 8 serviettes and 15 salts.
I wish I could return them rather than throwing them out. Please cut back on these and use the profit to better your famous foods.

I would definitely recommend Peters to anyone who visits Calgary; it will probably turn into the best part of your trip! The milkshakes are usually the best part, and the hamburgers are great for right after sports.
