While we can't necessarily prove it, Pho Pasteur Saigon has to be one of the original Calgary Vietnamese restaurants. We've been going here since about 1994 when a guy we worked with brought us there.
Hanna and Thao run an efficient little place that's always packed and has a simple menu with a perfect combo of dishes. It's well ...

The sprinng rolls here are a must to try - hand rolled and fresh. Everything I've tried here is delicious and fresh. Value is also unbelievable. They certainly give you a nice amount of food and the price is certainly reasonable. I think this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Calgary.
I was fortunate to stumble upon Pho Pasteur one day while strolling through Chinatown. The Best!

I would say this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Calgary. I've been going to this place for over 15 years. I can taste that the food is better than a lot of places because I've tried a lot of others; even then, I always end up going back to Pho Pasteur. I highly recommend this place for beginners or even the most seasoned vet. of eaters.

Best Calgary Vietnamese

This place is a little hole in the wall, but we've been going there for 10+ years, and have never been dissapointed. It is a quiet, simple place, with old paintings on the wall and a dusty bamboo entrance, but the food is fantastic, and the people are too.
Highly recomended
