My husband and I loved everything!! This is our third time to visit Snowy Owl. Each time we visit is wonderful, the staff, the dogs. We cannot go up to Alberta without visiting Snowy Owl. We were in Canada for our Honeymoon and this was definitely the highlight of our vacation! This was a wonderful and exciting experience...the staff was super helpful and nice and the dogs were simply great! I would definitely repeat this experience again! Next time, I would do a longer tour though since I think that 1 hour wasn't enough ...

Prompt minibus pick-up from my hotel, transported to main office where those with unsuitable footwear had opportunity to kit out. The information that was provided during orientation was in conflict with what I was forced to do while sleding. Several of the staff members (including one of the owners) was hostile during the sleding, as they thought that I was not sufficiently helpful to the dogs while climbing the small hills.
