great range of Japanese food for a single restaurant - Japanese usually specialize - they have sushi/shashimi, tempura, noodles, katsu and shabu shabu. The toro (expensive fatty tuna)was amazingly good for the middle of the rockies. Limited real sushi range though, but plently of Americana sushi - california rolls et al.
Reasonable ambience with some legs-under-mat tatami-style tables. We enjoyed it and heartily recommend it.
