Great place to bring the kids and watch a game on one of their zillion TV's, or sit on the deck in the summer time.

Good food selection, for 'pub-style', and home made soda's - something for everyone.

Only dissapointment is OVER PRICED nachos! Nothing special for over $20.

Otherwise I would go back!

While the hospitality and service was excellent, the beer has changed for the worse. I hope this is a temporary hiccup and we see old tasty brews back on tap on our next visit.

My wife and I stopped for lunch on our last day in Canada. I returned later to enjoy the beer and conversation with a couple of regulars. Sure wish we had found Canmore and the Grizzly Paw at the beginning of our trip instead of at the end. Our food was excellent and the beer is great (go for the IPA).

We visited this restaurant last summer for the first time while staying in Canmore. We have been back every time we visited there the summer of 2005. We can highly recommend the fish and chips. There is nowhere in comparrison whos fish is as succulant and tasty as at this restaurant.

Holy, i completely love the grizzly paw. everytime i come to canmore my family and i eat there. the food is sooooo good and their desserts are even better. i definetly recomment the cheesecake and the apple pie...to die for!!!! it has such a cute, small town feel and it is the perfect place to unwind after a long day with family and good good good food!

food was delicious, sandwich had plenty of meat [chicken] side salad [roughage] was quite yummy and unique. Patio is great with a nice view of mountains and main street.
