  • Greenwich is worth the walk

    We took the ferry over from the Tower of London to the shore of Greenwich, although the sights on the boat are not as good as the boat ride towards Big Ben, it is a nice 30 min ride to Greenwich. When the old Navy ship, which was once the fastest ship in the world, is in sight, you are near your site. The Royal Navy grounds are beautiful and the ...

    Huge park with brilliant views. Perfect for picnics and games, with plenty of great attractions nearby - the market, the observatory, the planetarium. Always a winner on a nice day.
