Make it a point to visit this place. The cooks are awesome and the food to die for! The Chicken Pakora as a starter followed by the Curry is unbelievably fantastic! A must visit! The Best of Glasgow!

A nice atmosphere and friendly, if rushed staff, made this a generally pleasant experience. The restaurant is tiny - from the furnishings I suspect it used to be a (very) small bar. The food was good, but not of the excellence I'd found at its sister restaurant "Mother India's Cafe".
Having been to the other place a week or ...

In all my years of eating curry I have never had such beautiful food. Outstanding food from such a bizarre place. The look of a closed up corner shop you wouldn`t look at twice but with food to die for. I travel to Glasgow every two years and I pray to the curry god this place is still going when I get there. An absolute gem of a place. Just go and ...

Small is Big
By A Yahoo! Contributer, 04/21/07
You have to try this place. This place was recommended to my partner and me, we love it so much we always come back every time we visit Glasgow. As the name suggests it is small, but that what we like about it along with the food which is freshly cooked right in front of your eyes. Its amazing how something so small really is in the big league.

This was by far the best curry ever. The title is exactly as it says a shop and the table at the window is just like sitting in the shop front. Staff so helpful. Its traditional cooking For 3 adults and 1 child with starters and main course wine and soft drinks just under

This place is the best curry you will ever have. Nuff said. Me and my girlfriend only eat there now. We built our relationship on their curry.

Curry Heaven
By djeuanmac76, 07/26/06
The Wee Curry Shop is without a doubt, the best curry house in Scotland, if not the UK.
It is tiny (7 tables) but thats part of its appeal. Every table has a view of the kitchen, and you can see you food being prepared freshly. Its takes a little longer than normal to get your food to the table. But the fact it was freshly cooked metres away ...
