fed up getting ripped off when they 'forget' items, and then chance it by saying 'was it ordered'....no it was supposed to come as part of the dish - see it's included!

bit of a dump of a waiting area too, big cold draughty space.

it's shame as it detracts from the great curry reputation that glasgow has.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT AND EXCELLENT!!!!! REALLY BRILLIANT NIGHT OUT AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS JUST SO RELAXING MATCHED BY THE TASTE OF THE FOOD. IT QUITE RIGHTLY SAYS ABOVE THE DOOR ' THE ART OF INDIAN CUISINE'. THE NEW OWNERS HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THE PLACE AND YOU CAN TELL. IT WAS A REALLY GOOD AND ENJOYABLE NIGHT. WILL BE BACK. (THEY DO TAKE AWAY AS WELL!!!!)

Placed a home delivery for Chicken Tandoori which was overcooked and oversalted, you wouldn't even know it was chicken you were supposed to be eating because of the salt content.

Have been disappointed before. This certainly was the worst and will never go back.

The service was not good. The food was uncooked. We had to wait 25 mins before a waiter took our order and then, 45 mins for our order came to our table.

i think it is the best restaurant in glasgow and makes the best curries ever 10/10 and i cant wait to go back for a curry

Not wanting to rain on anyone's parade but my wife and I went to Shimla Pinks last night on the basis of the very reviews we read on this site. It was desperately disappointing.

For a start, the restaurant smelled of paint. We got seated no problem and thought the menu seemed quite nice. We ordered our starters which arrived quickly, ...

Since the new make over it looks brilliant- not cold any more. The food is also very tasty & not mingy portions like other places in Glasgow.
Definetly recommend to others- especially pepole that have stopped going as the new owners are doing the right things.

We recently had a firm night out and decided to start out with some food at Simla Pinks. The service was fab the food was delish and the atmosphere was very homely.

we were made feel very welcome, there wasnt a need or want that wasnt satisfied.

We stayed the whole night and had a ball.

We will be back in the very near future.
