Air Organic (Gr8 name if the food was organic!) Hi i am a glasgow chef and have some gr8 news to tell everyone Air organic has just been bought over by a gr8 couple of sisters from the sisters resteraunt, Jordanhill, the nw resteraunt is now got a better menu fresh shell fish and fresh fish straight from ulapool every morning. This is a place not to be missed and is definetly best to take a detoor to try the menu and hospitality thr.

Derek blair is just great and so is ricky, i call them super chefs. Best grub iv'e had in years, the bollocks!! nuf said jonny buss
