on my first visit to cardiff i visited the old orleans cocktail bar on recommendation of a new found friend. what a recommendation it turned out to be the bartenders knew everything about every drink they served and then a lot more, service was second to none. nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff i would highly recommend a visit even if its only for a coffee and a chat in the afternoon.
