Quiet and clean parkI always visit Botanic Gardens every time I have my regular swim at the Queen's Sports Centre just besides the gardens.
There are interesting places inside the gardens not to be missed like the Palm House, Rose gardens (various rose breeds) and of course the museum (closed till 2009 for renovation).
