  • I feel as if it is home.

    I fell in love with Switzerland and Carouge and Geneva when my husband introduced me to his family's beginnings. Generations came from there, then Papa moved to France.
    I particularly love Spring when the primroses bloom in the parkland leading up to the United Nations building, The trees are sentinels of magnificence and if my husband were to say that we were to move there, I would probably be there before him and I would NEVER leave.

  • Oppurtunity of a lifetime

    I took this tour of the Le Palais des Nations, or as we Americans would call it the United Nations building (UN) formally the League of Nations building, in June 2004. I found it very fascinating to hear the history of the UN plus hear what they are currently doing. Learned a ton. I took a ton of photos & was absolutely impressed with the tour and ...
