Impressive Collection:Highly recommend!The Museo Naval in Madrid is without question an important and impressive record of Spain's outstanding contribution to both nautical and general world history.
The collection is elegantly displayed and is especially rich in nautical artifacts and
cartography.Of special note are
manuscript maps dating to the 16th century.OVERALL

A good place to learn Naval HistoryAs an avid yachtsman and alone in Madrid, I checked this museum out. Lots of VERY old navagational instruments and paintings of sea Captain.
