I called the Principe de Viana to book a reservation for some important clients. I asked the man who answered if he spoke English, he said no only spanish (without a trace of an accent). I then asked if there was anyone who spoke English and he said no and hung up! I will be informing my clients of this appalling behaviour and ensure none of my business meetings in Madrid ever take place at this restaurant again!
