One of the oldest and best restaurants in Madrid. The food is top quality, no "modern cuisine" or foam-infused nonsense; just traditional excellent Spanish food. Charming atmosphere. Open lunch or dinner (lunch may be eaten outside in the plaza, but inside is much nicer). Don't miss this place.
