The service and food were both spectacular, having eaten in the best of USA restarants, this is surely comparable and without a doubt worth the prices. It was simply delicious food served in a eonderful atmosphere. Everything was delightful. While highly priced it was well worth the expereience

Somebody should prevent a restaurant to continue charging a fortune for a very normal meal...I don't doubt of the past moments of glory of that restaurant but ...those now look like ages ago.
Food and wine ok but the manners of the owners are just pathetic. Be ready to eat in a small corner if they decide that you are not a VIP...
Nothing I would recommend

We recently stayed three days in Barcelona and visited several restaurants there. Ca l' Isidre was by far the worst experience that we have had for ages. Food was cold when it reached our tables and ... the owner refused to accept the issue. Moreover, price was far beyond acceptable. Really recommend avoiding the place.

VERY romantic perfict for a date or anniversary or any kind of alone time between you and that special some one or you could try to visit durind winter or fall thecolder the better that way when the two of you get really cold you can snuggle all you want and do what ever you think is necessary to do (so you might want a corner table or booth)

I have seen some of the last reviews and they are more than justified. The owners still position the place as the one where King Juan Carlos goes whereas ... he hasn't been there for ten years !!!
Once visiting the restaurant, the reason why they lost their michelin star ages ago becomes clear: poor service in a totally overpriced restaurant.

I went to the place as my parents had gone there several years ago. I was totally disapointed by the experience. Owners are absolutely nasty and spend their time discussing each other. Service was very poor. Food ok but price was ... absolute crazyness !!!
Rather recommend any Michelin star restaurant where you could eat for half the price of that place...
